We believe that the quality of the raw materials used in the manufacturing process has a direct relationship on the quality of the final product. This is why we are committed to procuring only the very best raw materials. We also realize the importance of the milling process in ensuring batch-to-batch consistency in pigment particle size during the ink manufacturing process. By placing a significant emphasis on strong relationships with our supply chain, we find ourselves working with suppliers who are genuinely interested in the challenges that the business faces. Our detailed material management and defined manufacturing process ensures that all product formulas meet the highest specification. At TechINK we utilize 21 stringent test methods in the ink design phase and have invested heavily in our testing equipment. The R&D section of our business is undergoing expansion to support our commitment to manufacturing quality ink.

Every batch of ink is tested, with the results documented and retained. We then produce reliability prints on all batches using the appropriate print head technology to further ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
